A fourth generation Santa Fean, James Wheeler began his real estate career working with Mares Realty in 1972. Three years later he founded James F. Wheeler and Associates which became one the largest residential real estate offices in Santa Fe. He established CPI in 1994 developing it into one of the leading companies in the Santa Fe Commercial Real Estate Market.
Mr. Wheeler specializes in leasing, sales, and investments of properties along with land sales for commercial, residential and industrial development in Santa Fe. He brings to his clients an extensive background in development and building of facilities, land acquisition, market analysis and financial feasibility, with related sales and leasing, both as a broker and as a principal.
He holds a Mathematics degree from College of Santa Fe.

George Jimenez

George Jimenez is a native Santa Fean and is intrinsically familiar with the local community and surrounding

With several degrees in Business, Mr. Jimenez has owned and operated a retail store, “Allegro Music Inc.” for
twenty years, providing instruments and services to the Santa Fe community and all of Northern New
Mexico. He has developed a large clientele base and has a great reputation for offering excellent service. His CAN
DO ability; making negotiations work for the parties involved, has created a demand for his services.
Mr. Jimenez has been a Developer, Landlord and has been doing real estate for himself and family for over thirty
years. He has been a Real Estate Broker since 2005, specializing in commercial properties, offering
diversified services to Buyers/Investors, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants for Retail, Office, Warehouse and
Land.
